GLYDE is an online personal training service that allows you to relieve stress, improve health, and stay fit in the comfort of your home! In addition to strength & conditioning, corrective exercise, and weight loss, we specialize in post-physical therapy and pre-existing conditions such as diabetes, MS, osteoporosis, and weight loss surgery recovery.  GLYDE emphasizes individual needs and provides a supportive environment toward all your health and fitness goals.  This includes live personal training sessions, additional written exercise programs, and nutritional support geared toward your long-term success.

In 2020, Zack started his own online personal training business, GLYDE LLC.  Zack is a NASM certified personal trainer with over 30 specialty certifications and education courses and the Medfit Provider of the Year award winner. He is an Emergency Medical Technician and CPR instructor with the American Heart Association. Before beginning GLYDE LLC, Zack was a personal trainer at a hospital-based gym for over five years. Zack ran medical exercise groups for diabetes, post-weight loss surgery, Parkinson’s, MS, osteoporosis, arthritis, and pre/post joint replacement surgeries.

Zack’s experience, knowledge, and training help him pay close attention to detail and provide a safe and effective workout.  Clients who work with Zack have made positive changes in their quality of life by reducing pain, building muscle, burning fat, mitigating chronic disease risk, improving flexibility, preventing falls, and accomplishing athletic achievements.  In addition to working with individual clients, Zack is also the providing trainer for hospitals, physical therapy offices, medical support groups, and other healthcare providers.

As a NASM Weight Loss Specialist, Certified Nutrition Coach, and ACE Diabetes Prevention Coach, Zack has helped clients maintain and improve their health through proper exercise and nutritional guidance. Enhancing Performance


As a certified NASM Performance Enhancement and Corrective Exercise Specialist, Zack has helped a wide variety of clients reach their fitness goals. His experience ranges from helping athletes lower their risk of injury and enhance performance to advancing physical therapy patients. While working with Zack, athletes have optimized their performance by improving strength & conditioning, agility, and coordination. Post physical therapy patients have been provided with specialized exercises to more easily accomplish active daily living tasks. Zack specializes in helping clients with joint replacements, rotator cuff, meniscus, and ACL tears rebuild their strength and balance after surgery. Whether you want to improve your athletic performance or accomplish active daily living tasks, Zack has the knowledge and experience to help you pass the finish line.

Pre-Existing Conditions


In addition to being an EMT and CPR instructor, Zack has special certifications in diabetes, MS, osteoporosis, and weight loss. He is also an ACSM Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer. Zack has a wide range of experience working with clients with pre-existing conditions. He ran medically based exercise groups in specialized areas such as diabetes, MS, osteoporosis, and weight loss surgery recovery. Zack has helped clients with diabetes manage their blood sugar safely during workouts and has enabled clients with MS to mitigate the effects of drop foot with proper foot and ankle strengthening exercises. In addition, he has allowed clients with osteoporosis to prevent falls by safely strengthening their core muscles. Zack has also helped weight loss surgery clients progress during their recovery process. If you want an effective workout regardless of your pre-existing condition, Zack has the knowledge and experience to help you safely reduce pain, improve balance, gain strength, and increase stamina.


I had the pleasure of working with Zack in a small specialized group setting. He led a medical weight loss / wellness group for six months, meeting 2-3 times a week. Not too many people like exercising, myself included, but he kept the group motivated, and the exercises diversified enough to avoid boredom (not only cardio, but strength training, and pool). He was also quite charming during the classes (he loves animals!), while preferring to keep the focus on us and the exercise program. We all took body composition tests on a medical machine before, during, and after completing this program and was amazed to see the gain in actual muscle weight, yet, while still dropping overall (fat) weight. Zack also had EMS training which I thought was extremely valuable in his profession. I would absolutely recommend Zack for your personal training needs.

I trained with Zack for about a year or so – he devised a strategic plan that was carefully crafted to favor my strengths and needs that helped me build muscle and trim excess fat. Zack, has a pantheon of knowledge, stemming from various certifications that he’s studied for, and skills that he brings to the table as a trainer. A great example of his knowledge and skills would be when I informed Zack that I wasn’t a huge fan of on-land cardio – adhering to my preferences, Zack devised an in-water cardio plan with the help of water weights incorporating some elements from HIIT. All that being said, the most important attributes that Zack brings to the table as a trainer are his phenomenal ability to communicate and be personable.
